What AI Video Hive collects, who processes it, how long we keep it, and how to delete it.

Introduction

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how AI Video Hive ("we", "us") — operated at aivideohive.com — collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use our service.

Information We Collect

  1. Account Information — your name, email address, and password hash (or OAuth identity) when you create an account.
  2. Generation Content — the prompts you submit, the options you choose (for example aspect ratio or seed), and the images or videos we generate from them. This content is stored so you can view your history and download results.
  3. Usage Data — which features you use, generation counts, credit and order history, and security events such as rate-limit or moderation decisions.
  4. Device Information — device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and approximate country, used for compatibility, security, and fraud prevention.
  5. Cookies — small data files that keep you signed in, remember your language and theme, and record first-touch attribution (UTM and referrer).
  6. Payment Information — billing details are handled by our payment processor. We store the order, amount, currency and transaction identifiers, but never full card numbers.

Who Processes Your Data

We share the minimum necessary data with service providers that operate the service:

  • Replicate and Fal — AI model providers that receive your prompt (and options) to generate the requested video. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to that processing.
  • Cloudflare — hosting (Workers), database (D1), private object storage (R2), rate limiting (KV) and the Turnstile anti-bot check.
  • Our payment processor (for example Stripe) — receives the checkout and billing data needed to charge you. We do not send prompts or generated videos to payment providers.
  • Our email provider — receives your email address to deliver verification, password-reset and receipt messages.

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose data otherwise only to comply with a legal obligation or to protect our rights, users, or the service.

How Long We Keep Data

We apply the following retention periods, measured from creation:

  • Prompts, generation options and generation results (including video files in R2): 30 days. A scheduled cleanup job deletes the stored video objects and clears the prompt and result fields. The task row itself is kept without its content for billing and usage history.
  • Account data (email, name, preferences): until you ask us to delete your account, plus up to 30 days for backups and abuse investigations.
  • Orders, payments and credit transactions: 7 years, as required for tax and accounting records. These records contain no prompt or video content.
  • Security and moderation events: 90 days.
  • Webhook inbox records: 30 days after processing (or after being marked undeliverable); records that never match a task are removed after 7 days.

Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be kept longer.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@aivideohive.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days. Before acting on a deletion request we confirm that it comes from the account address, and we may ask for an order detail to rule out a third-party request. Account deletion and any early deletion of specific generated content are carried out manually after we verify the request; there is no self-service account-deletion or instant-deletion control. Generation content is otherwise removed by the retention job above. We do not currently offer a self-service data export; if you need a copy of your data, contact us and we will provide it.

Data Security

We encrypt data in transit, store administrator secrets encrypted at rest, restrict access to production systems, and review access regularly. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
